Explore the beauty and history of Las Vegas at the Springs Preserve!
The Springs Preserve has the most beautiful desert landscaping I’ve ever seen! There are still several exhibits closed— so consider this a Springs Preserve Part 1 post — but there was still so much to do and explore!
In addition to walking around and enjoying the landscape, we checked out the playground, train ride, and animal exhibits.
Tips
1. If you are a member you get in one hour earlier — 8am instead of 9am. This is an awesome perk, especially during the summer!
2. Bring a stroller. This place is HUGE and our kids definitely got tired without one!
3. Most of the playground is for ages 5+. For little kids they have a musical area to the side that’s really fun!
4. The train ride is 20 minutes and there is currently there no additional fee to ride. During the ride they explain Las Vegas history — I definitely recommend it! They have train rides every 30 minutes.
